Just cannot seem to upload files to my Projects documents folder.

I am using Google Chrome  Version 42.0.2311.152 m

I select my target folder - select the Upload - Select Files from the Upload pull down list at the top -  then sometimes i get the box at the bottom to select upload --  other times there is a Upload button at the center of the screen -- regardless of which one i select - a box pops up at the bottom right corner displaying "Uploading file(s)..." 

And a message also pops up at the top of the screen: 

Unable to connect to messaging server. Connecting in 1:11 Try Now    --  it times out and starts over again ..

I am at a stop NEED HELP please..
