Hello there.
I have a few problems here.
1st PROMBLEM
I have an email address with my domain hosted here at Zoho through IMCreator with which I created my website and through which I bough my domain (www.marziavianello.com).
When I send emails though in the "From:" field the receiver sees "First Last". Yes, I already changed in the "send email as" section and put my name Marzia Vianello and saved it, and refreshed the pages etc. But still receiver see "First Last" instead of my name and this is quite unacceptable. I made a test and sent and email to my Gmail address and I see "First Last" as well too ... Gmail gives even a warning, something that says more or less that they could not verify if the mail was really sent from the domain marziavianello.com (my domain)! PLEASE HELP.
My domain marziavianello.com is verified (there is a green check in the "verified" section n my control panel).
2nd PROBLEM
If somebody fill the contact form in my website www.marziavianello.com the message goes straight to my Gmail address and not to my Zoho hosted
info@marziavianello.com I tried to do what you guys suggest in the FAQs but it doesn't work or - better - I do not even know how to find he "remote server"!!!
