Problem with Header and footnotes in a .doc

Hi,
I am just testing Zoho doc for my company (doc storage and sharing)
I have up loaded one doc (word) with a header designed as a 3 columns and 2 lines minispreadsheet; the foot notes includes our logo
When I open this doc within Zoho the layout of both Header and footnotes have disappeared as well as the logo

Any solution or suggestions ?
