Problem with integration of Zoho mail in zoho CRM

Hi,

When an email is in a folder in zoho mail, it doesn't appear in zoho CRM...
I've suscribed to Zoho mail only for this possibility !

Woulfd you please confirm to me that it's not possible to see the emails (related to some contacts) in Zoho mail folders in Zoho CRM ?
