Problem with my account and domain

During the last week I have been really let down from Zoho.
I did create and a bussiness account , attempted to connect my domain, I couldnt make it.

I did something and didnt have access to the control panel, looks like it was deleted.

I did delete my account and then tried to create a new one with my domain connected to it.

Guess what zoho wouldnt allow me to do that since the domain was registered on the previous account.

After sending several messages the responce was to login to my account ( yes the one I did delete and didnt have access to ) and remove the domain.

I really wonder do the IT people ever read the whole messages send to them or just the title and copy and paste a reply.

I am still stuck with the issue and I would really appreciate any help.
