I have signed with zoho recruit enterprise trail version. I am facing problem with resume inbox in zoho recruit. When i send a mail attached with resume to resume inbox in zoho recruit that is not parsed and not create a record in candidate module in zoho recruit.I already mapping the parsing setting fields in my resume inbox but it is not created record in candidate module.

I mentioned my email subject with reference job id but it is not created record in candidate module.

my subject like this :  Job Opening ID:ZR_3_JOB
