We are having an issue with searching old emails. We have migrated from G mail to Zoho but however if we try to search mails that are tagged with G-allmail, the results cannot be shown and we need to scroll through 1 by to find the email which is very time consuming. Can you help to advise?

Currently the user affected is michael.heah@biomed-global.com

However we are unsure if there are still other users that are facing this problem, can you also help see if able to do a check based on domain?
