I'm trying to share excel files with another Zoho user.

I share file entering another user's email, then it gets confirmation and notification. Also that file becomes visible, but after shared user refresh Zoho docs dashboard page, that file disappears and it is not visible also in "Shared with me" folder, also in another folders.

How to solve this problem? What do I do wrong?
