PROBLEM WITH ZOHO SMTP LIMIT

I didn't know that there was a limit of 50 Mails per day in the account, so i've send more of 50 yesterday and my account was blocked... how can i know how close i am to the day limit? is there any alert i can configure? something i can trigger?

can somebody unlocked the account? Thanks.
