Problems with associating Linkedin profiles in zoho recruit

I am receiving an error message when trying to associate candidates to Linkedin. It says" Access blocked exception. Most probably throttle error". Please assist me with how to handle this problem. I would prefer someone call me directly @ 202-716-1284. Thanks.
