Problems with creating more personal email accounts

Hi,

I've tried reading this forum for an answer but haven't found it yet. Here is my problem:

I have had serious problems creating an email account at Zoho to begin with. I opened an account but saw that I got a .eu-adress, which I do not want to have. I tried with a.com then got a message "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region".  So I thought I couldnt create one since I am in Europe. Kept trying and suddenly (dont know how) i created a .com-adress.

I am switching as much as possible away form Google for several reasons and there I have more personal emails for different uses. So I want to create those emails at Zoho instead. Problem is, again, that the setup is really messy.

When I try to create another email Zoho asks me for an external email first. So I add the same email as for the first email account. Then Zoho says: "There is already an account for that email adress" (!!).

Yes I am aware of that, but I cannot create one separate external email adress for each zoho-email, right?

Also, I tried to create the .com-adresses and notrhing happened. Then, i tried again and the system said that email was already in use! But I didnt manage to create one and now its "busy".

Also, I deleted the .eu-emails i created before. Just to understand i tried to re-create them, but then zoho said "that email already exists". So i try to login and then it says "email is inactive".

It's very messy.

So here are my questions:

- How do I create more XXYY@zoho.com emails with the same external email I am already using for my first zoho account?
- Why are deleted accounts still "busy" and reported as inactive?
- How do you create a .com-adress instead of a .eu-adress?

I really like Zoho - the only email I've seen that comes close to the functionality and design that Gmail has. So, I'd much appreciate help on this matter.

If this works out good, I will move my company's emails here too, in the business-suite :)
