Process for rebranding current account (changing domain name).
We have decided to
rebrand our account and
change domain name.
Obviously all email users including the zoho admin email account uses the current domain name suffix.
Do you have 'how-to' steps for replacing the current 'active' domain name???
The old domain will no longer be promoted and all parties will be contacted to update their contacts.
Any tips and processes for exchanging domain names associated with zoho mail accounts??
If I add a new domain name to the account does this mean each users email address will work on both until such time the old one is deleted or expires?
I don't want to start a new zoho mail account just revise the current one with the preferred domain name suffix.
