I was wondering if Zoho have any plans to create a resource scheduling tool similar to Float?

We use Float in our organisation, and have not yet come across an alternative that might work the same way. Just an idea for future consideration. 

We essentially want to be able to see across the organisation what all of our staff are up to, in a snapshot / calendar schedule view. If Zoho had a tool similar to this, it would be ideal to integrate with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects. I had a look at Sprint but it doesn't quite serve the same purpose.

What we would really like is a way to see everyone's availability, what they have on and what skills they specialize in. We want a tool that we can use to search for the 'best guy for the job'. For example, if we search 'underground' it would be ideal to get a view of all of our mining engineers who specialize in 'underground' mining, and see a snapshot of what their schedule looks like in the future - to see if we can utilize that particular staff member for a project.
