[Product Update] Changes to Zoho Analytics Integration with X (formerly Twitter)

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about some upcoming changes to our integration with X (formerly Twitter). As X has requested all users to migrate from Version 1 to Version 2 of their APIs, we are revamping the Zoho Analytics integration with X Analytics and X Competitive Analytics connectors to support the latest version.
In light of these changes, and to adhere to the reduced API limits, we are implementing the following adjustments, effective April 1, 2024:
  1. Timeline Modules Changes: The number of tweets fetched per handle in all Timeline modules will be reduced to 500 tweets (previously 3,200 tweets per handle).

    Changes will be applied to the Timeline modules as follows:

    X Analytics - Profile Timeline, Home Timeline, and Mentions Timeline.
    X Competitive Analytics - Tweets.
  1. Data Synchronization Schedule Changes: Going forward, only the daily schedule option will be available for both X Analytics and X Competitive Analytics integrations. All existing hourly schedules will be automatically migrated to daily schedules. This change is part of our efforts to streamline and optimize data synchronization processes, ensuring smoother operation with X's updated APIs.
