Issue: When a new Project is created, there is lack of process/workflow that provides their manager a process to approve or review.

Suggestion/Idea: Similar to “Workflow”, we need “Workflow” ability at Project level, where based on the criteria of the project, workflow triggers an approval/review process. This may seem similar to Blueprint but we need at Project level
