Our activities for our clients start with a web development project, then move onto maintenance and support.

For this reason, we created a project per client which remains open for as long as the client is with us.

Our project manager needs a simple way to see ALL projects that have open web development tasks (i.e. those still in the first stage of our work).  It is far too time consuming to drill down to each project.

We are at the early stages of implementing Zoho Projects, so we can use any combination of projects, milestones, task lists etc to achieve this.
