Project thinks it's yesterday

I have project in the system with a due date of yesterday. When I look at the dashboard, it shows it's delayed. When I click on the project, overdue milestones is showing up in red, but nothing ever loads. If I click on the Upcoming milestones, the items are in there, with a due date of "today" which was actually yesterday's date - basically what I'm saying is today is Dec. 20, and Projects thinks it's the 19th.

Is this a known bug or is it a problem on my end?
