I have a series of 25 events over the course of the year that are similar events with similar planning, implementation and follow up steps. It is helpful that the template design saves time with retyping each component step. It would be a huge help if the template could allow setting the date of the event and then the planning steps to have defined fields such as two-week prior, 2 days prior etc. This could allow a new event to be added as a milestone and then insert the planning step templates that would authomatically set the new target calendar dates for those steps. For example, the template could say - order food with a defined field of one week prior. Then on all these events, the date would automatically set itself to one week prior to that event date.
