Provide Issue Collector for Web Applications

We want to elaborate whether to change over from Jira Service Desk to Zoho Desk.

With Jira, we are using the 'Issue Collector'.
This javascript extension is nested in our web application. As the customer has an issue and wants to open a trouble ticket, he clicks on a ticket link, can add some information and the issue collector adds necessary page insights to the ticket.

This is not only available in Jira, similar functionality is available in Bugzilla, Zendesk, ServiceNow ...

Please provide a similar app for Zoho Desk.
