Providing API to Projects
Zoho's Project's primary competitor, Basecamp, provides an API for sharing information with other applications. For example I can use the API to integration my BaseCamp project with Harvest (my invoicing application).
Providing similar functionality (using the same or very similar API) would, IMHO, put Zoho out ahead and really propel it as a ready for primetime business app.
