I attempted to purchase a package numerous times today and each time the Zoho payment processing fails. I receive an indefinite processing request message (sorry - do not remember exact verbiage). I do not receive a server error message just an indefinite processing.
I like the product and would really like to upgrade from the free to a purchase plan but this is definitely affecting my confidence in your company's image. I hope this message reaches you.
