I am a user from China. I am using the free plan of Zoho Mail. A while ago, I sent an email to a QQ Mail user. Several days later, he told me that he didn't recieve any emails from me. In fact, while sending the email to him, I bcc my own QQ Mail and recieve the email sent from Zoho Mail successfully. So I resent that email again, then he managed to recieve it. This happened on another QQ Mail user twice. In a word, this happened three times so I think I have to pay attention to it or it would happen again in the future.
I'm so confused about this because I didn't get any bounce messages. It shows "Email has been delivered to the recipient servers". Maybe the IP address is blocked by QQ Mail? I think that doesn't sense because that just happens sometimes, not always. Besides, those two QQ Mail users can recieve my email at the second time.
I hope that you can help me to solve this problem. Maybe you Zoho staffs can contact QQ Mail staffs to find out the reasons and solve this problems. Or should I use Zoho Mail China Version instead (maybe the China Version is more compatible with China's environment)? Thanks.
