Question from someone considering moving to zoho recruit

I am evaluating this product for a recruitment agency client who is looking to move to the cloud. They need a solution which will incorporate hosted email, recruit, payroll (or at least timesheet and api link to payroll) and other related elements.
 
Is there any feedback out there from other recruitment firms who have experience in using this on a day to day basis?
 
Is there any feedback, quirks, suggestions which would make the transition as smooth as possible?
 
Any advice / tips / case studies would be gratefully received.
