Randomize formula only works to display a different word from sheet if it is closed and reopened

I have created this sheet

Currently, to see a new word displayed on the main sheet from the list of word from the Word of the day tab, I have to close the sheet and restart it.

Is it possible to have the sheet in a way that by only clicking on the Word of the day list tab and then the Main page the words keep changing?
