rchilli - resume parsing

I have not been able to parse resumes through rchilli for a few days now and submitted a request for feedback last week, but haven't received a response. I just went to rchilli and found that my account expired? Why? Isn't that part of Zoho Recruit that I'm already paying for? Please let me know how to correct this error.
