Quite often we 'reverse market' a candidate to several clients. Those clients do not have a vacancy. We are simply contacting several companies with some brief details about a candidate to ask if they might have an opening for such a candidate.

I would be interested to hear from users how they record their reverse marketing activity on a clients and candidates record. I'm looking for an easy a and quick way, ideally automated when the email goes out.
