Recover email ID

I created an email account a while ago with the intention of making it my main account but I left it for ages. I have forgotten my email ID and so cannot log in, although I have managed to reset my password because I linked the account with my mobile number.
Is there a way to do this? I would be happy to start a new email account but I already have my mobile linked to this one!
