I was trying to solve some problems with the mail service and I accidentally deleted the CNAME and I can't recover my zb code. Can you please provide it to me?

Is it also possible to check and understand what is the problem with the mail? I do not receive mails (553 relaying disallowed). I already set the MX records but nothing changes.
