Recovering accidently deleted mail.

I about 40 mins ago I was reviewing emails in my spam folder and I accidently deleted the entire contents of the folder before I was done reviewing. I believe included in those unwanted spam messages was an important and very time sensitive email to one of our clients.
 
Is there any way for Zoho to recover this recent dump so that I can ensure no client email has been lost? I know we have done this in the past but I know Zoho needs to act quickly before server side dumps happen on their end.
 
Any help with this owuld be greatly appreciated.
