I need some help with the zoho recruit workflow.
Let´s say that I have 1000 candidates in my zoho. Then, I make a view filtering by "java programmers", and I get 100 candidates.
After that, I start to see each candidate and should know which candidate applies as potential for some joboffer.
Here is my first question:
Should I associate all candidates (100) and then in the first screening discard those that do not apply (changing their status)? Or only associate those that have the qualifications fot the joboffer after my screening and let the others without any change?
If I should associate only those that fit with the joboffer... how can I know or identify, each time that access the view, those that were discard by me previously?
What happend with the new candidates during the process? Lets say that other person upload to the systema 100 new candidates and 10 are "java programmers".... how can i identify this new candidates and the old candidates that were discard by me and not associated?
Could you help me giving me some advice about the best way to manage the process?
