The candidate assessments are really helpful, as you can add question types, weightings and specificy whether a qualifying question etc.  I need this same functionality within the recruiter's assessments too.  

I have a bunch of essential and desirable requirements on a job description.  Some of those are essential - a simple yes/no answer with automatic discounting if not met, some are not essential but are more important than others, requiring weighting in order to assess importance across all requirements.  The way it is at the moment means that recruiter assessments aren't used, as they give equal weight to everything.

On a related but separate subject that isn't worth putting as a topic in itself..... in what world is 2 stars average on a scale of 1-5?! :o)
