Recruiting on networking

Hi this is parthiban. Doing my undergraduate in smvec college pondicherry. Last year you guys recruited some of the students from our college. Mostly they got tested on programming and they got software position. So you guys only recruit for software side only or you guys recruit on networking guys. If so please help me. Thank you.
