Recurring invoice - Create, Charge and Send Invoices at a customer level

Hi, There needs to be a way to apply the settings for this option on a customer level and not just for the entire account.

There are times that we have the customer credit card but don't want to auto charge them monthly on a recurring invoice. But we do have the need to do this for select customers.
