I have a red dashed line appearing around a cell. It does not go away when I clear formatting and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. The formula in the cell is quite simple and the cell is displaying the correct result. The outline also persists if I remove all cell contents so it does not seem to be related to the formula either. Can't seem to find anything about it anywhere.

Any insight on what this means?
