Redirect to a different URL upon APPLY and upon Application Confirmation

This is a two part feature request:

1. With the API now in place and working, we have been able to use other services such as formstack.com to build more detailed and intuitive application forms. We currently direct adverts for our jobs to these forms but people who visit our website and use the Zoho Recruit Job search function can only apply via the online application form built in Zoho.

So my question is are you planning to allow admin accounts to set an external email address to send someone to as opposed to your standard form?

2. When the application form is completed on our website it would be good if we could redirect that candidate to a prebuil page on our website thanking them for their application and inviting them to find out more about us.

Is it in your plans to allow admin accounts the ability to redirect to an external URL once a candidate completes their application?
