Is it easier to collaborate and share data with other ZOHO users (who have their own accounts)? It would be great if you could better interact and possibly collaborate with other ZOHO users, like chatting through 'Cliq' and 'Connect'. That way there is even more benefit to open a ZOHO account and to start referring ZOHO to people in your network (like freelancers you regularly hire).
