Since several days, zoho mail is facing a severe regression error.

Regression error means, it was once working, and it is no longer working.

Symptom:

German "umlaut" like ä, ü,ö, , i.e. special characters are processed in their html-representation.

My strong guess is that all special characters are affected. Special characters are characters, that are not part of the ASCII codes.

Reproduction:

1. Write a new email with a german keyboard or a keyboard, that shows special characters, and include this characters in the email. A new tab opens in zoho email for this new email.

2. Save the new email as a draft email.

3. Close the tab in zoho mail, where the new email was opened.

4. Re-open the draft email from the left menu under drafts.

5. The special character are displayed in their html representation.
