Rejected Email - Mailbox delivery failure

Rejected Email - Mailbox delivery failure

Good afternoon,

Since last Wednesday, we have started to get rejected emails to a specific email account (which should be forwarded to the 'catch-all' account).  This has been fine until last week.

The error message in the rejections is:  host mx.zoho.com[165.254.167.50] said: 552 5.1.1 < user@domain.co.uk> Mailbox delivery failure policy error (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I see that others have reported similar issues, but not all of them have been resolved.  Are the rejections all due to the changes made by Zoho to the anti-spam processing?  And if so, has this change been reversed for all mailboxes, or only those who report problems?

Thanks.
