Hi Community, I am looking for some help implementing a relationship management workflow or automation. I used to use Contactually (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YX0uLXd-geA) for my relationship management and I loved the way you can bucket contacts based on how frequently you want to reach out to them.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to implement this? I was thinking about having a dropdown list called "Stay in Touch," and it allows me to select how often I want to stay in touch with the contact. But the nice thing about Contactually is that it had about five contacts show up every day and with a click of a button I could send a template email to check in with them. 

Do you know if there is a way to implement something like this in Zoho?
