Finally it appears this feature is no longer implemented in remote support sessions, i have completed 2 sessions today & the copy / paste note was not nagging, if this has been permanently deactivated in my personal opinion this is a great move form ZA devs, we will be sticking around when the time comes to renew our subscription this for us was very important it is now a complete remote access tool software with outstanding features especially for the cost to run the application.
