1) In my email contacts I have a number of categories. The categories were automatically placed under the "Personal" folder, but I need to move them all to their own category without being a subfolder. How do I move them?

2) How do I remove a contact from a category without removing the contact altogether? When I am viewing a category, select a contact and click the trash can, it tries to remove the contact entirely.
