Remove all addresses from whitelist
I can no longer find the old support site where I could post things relating specifically to our (paid) account. Please would someone advise me in response.
One of our team member’s addresses has been used as an alias for spam. Note that he hasn’t sent spam himself, but a spammer has put his address into the ‘From’ field.
Annoyingly, the bounces are coming back but it also appears that every address that the spam has reached appears in his account, whitelisted.
There are thousands of these and I began deleting them one by one (there is no bulk method) until the Zoho system stopped me, saying there was unusual activity from my address.
Would someone be able to go into the system and delete all the whitelisted email addresses from his account, please?
