I am generating lists of contacts that I wish to mass mail, but I am manually selecting which ones to send the email to as invariably there are contacts brought up in the search that I don't want to include. The saved list is then useless as a point of reference to see who I sent the mail to, as it still includes those I didn't add to the recipient list.

This would be an incredibly useful function (and one that has been present in all recruitment database I've previously used).

Is there a workaround on this, or possibly a feature that could be added?
