Renaming or deleting a Zoho One account so that we can use the login names associated with the defunct account

My client has a current Zoho One account called "AcmeTask"

He also has an account called "Acme".  

He got bad advice from a prior consultant who told him he could not continue to use the "Acme" account name.

Please rename "Acme" to "AcmeOld" and rename "AcmeTaskt" to "Acme"

This has been, and remains, a PITA, because our users cannot use the Zoho login credentials we want them to use.

I'm a programmer. If Zoho support staff cannot take this action, I know that this can be manually fixed on your side by a DB admin.
