Previously it was possible to re-order columns by dragging them within the tabular view/edit view.

After the update if you try this now, the cursor changes to the move cursor, and the blue "new position" arrow appears where you're looking to move the column to, the columns do not move and stay in their original location.

The only way to reorder columns now is using the grey "Columns" list at the top of the tabular view edit page.

This is a lot less convenient, and the fact the UI cursors and arrows still appear is confusing to users as well - I'm not sure if this is a bug, or is deliberate, but could this be looked in to?
