Reply-to field in email notification

Reply-to field in email notification

Hi,

I am trying to create a form which will function as "contact us" form on a website.

For each entry:
  • Create a notification to support@companyname.com
  • Reply-to will be form filler's email (based on email field input by visitor)
How can I set the "reply to" or the "from" field to the one input by form filler?
