Reply-To on Confirmation Emails

Is there a way to change the reply-to address for conformation emails. (Maybe the Zoho team has to do this manually?) I see how to change the from address, and that works ... but if you reply to the email my address is used. I'm with the IT team, not HR so this could be problematic. Or, it it pulling from somewhere else? Is it using my name because I created and published the website page?
