Reply to support ticket sent 12 hours ago

Got a reply surprisingly fast after posting here on Monday and it sounded fine (very detailed for a change) Thanks for that.
But when trying to proceed nothing works. Cannot add users, etc.
It is not the first Zoho business account that I am trying to set up. It used to work without a glitch two years ago.
If I cannot get this up and running quickly, I will move this one to Rackspace, too.

When can we realistically expect a response to a support ticket sent about 12+ hours ago?
Last time we had to wait almost a week. This time it is even more urgent and I spent almost all Sunday to set up a temporary solution.
