Hello, I hope this e-mail finds you well! I am reaching out as you you assisted us with two reports for our company that did not seem to carry over in the conversion. We were hoping to get those two reports back. Would you be able to assist us? The reports you made for us are as follows. Report #1: combine Job Openings with Associated Candidates. View: If I take a Job Opening View, there is a field called “No of candidates associated”. I would like this to show each of the associated candidates for each job opening. One candidate per line. Selection: Select all Job Openings with Associated Candidates Filters: Filter by Job Posting Status, Filter by Candidate Recent Status Fields: For this report we will need field from Job Posting and from Candidate. I would like to see the following fields in the report: Job Posting Fields: Job opening ID Job Opening Status Date Opened Client Posting Title Candidate Fields: Candidate ID Last Name First Name Recent Status (e.g., New, Waiting-For-Evaluation, Submitted to Client, Approved by Client, Rejected by Client, etc.) Job Title Owner Report #2: For this report it is based on the exact same criteria and concept of Report #1, but from the Candidate View. View: If I take a Candidate View, I would like this to show each of the associated candidates for each job opening. If a candidate is associated to multiple job postings, there will be a new line for each associated job posting per candidate. This will allow us to see all jobs that a candidate is associated with and the recent status for each posting. Selection: Select all Candidates that have an Associated Status Filters: Filter by Candidate Recent Status, Job Posting Status Fields: For this report we will need field from Job Posting and from Candidate. I would like to see the following fields in the report: Candidate Fields: Candidate ID Last Name First Name Recent Status (e.g., New, Waiting-For-Evaluation, Submitted to Client, Approved by Client, Rejected by Client, etc.) Job Title Owner Job Posting Fields: Job opening ID Job Opening Status Date Opened Client Posting Title For both reports, having the additional search criteria capabilities is also a plus.
