I am quite new to Zoho, we have a subscription, and I am curious if it is possible in Analytics to create a report in which I can see the time for each department or user between the moment the lead was created and the moment the lead was converted to an actual deal, and further on from the moment the deal was created till the deal was won. Is that possible?
